摘要
目的:探讨用保守方法治疗实验性股骨头坏死。方法:给予类固醇激素,诱导出兔股骨头坏死动物模型,同时使用大蒜素和川芎嗪治疗,然后采用放射性微球技术测量其股骨头血流量。结果:本方法可增加模型动物股骨头血流量,其增加幅度与对照组相比有显著差异(P<005)。结论:川芎嗪和大蒜素与类固醇激素同时应用可预防股骨头坏死的发生,并对已发生的早期股骨头坏死有一定的治疗作用。
Objective:To study conservative treatment of experimental femoral head necrosis.Method:On the basis of successfuly induced rabbit models of femoral head necrosis,using Lingustrazine and Garlicin to treat the rabbits,and then,bone blood flow of femoral head was measured with radioactive microsphere technique.Result: Lingustrazine and Garlicin given at the same time immediately or 4 weeks after establishment the model,could signifignantly increase bone blood flow( P< 0 05).Conclusion: Lingustrazine and Garlicin may prevent steroid induced femoral head necrosis,and have good effect on early stage of the necrosis of femoral head.
