基于VC++的数控机床进给系统计算机辅助设计及应用

摘要 分析了数控机床进给系统主要部件伺服电机、滚珠丝杠螺母副的设计选型过程,采用VC++编写了数控机床进给系统主要部件的CAD模块,该模块界面友好,操作简单,可快速实现数控机床伺服进给系统主要部件的设计. It is very important to design the feed system correctly in the process of numerical control machines design. During the process, there are amount of work to do and large number of calculations. According to the design of servo motor and the ball bearing lead screw fit, VC++ is used to develop the CAD system to finish the design and choice of the feed system of CNC machines. The interface is friendly and easily to use.
