摘要
文章针对某船调距桨一个桨毂转轴孔和桨叶转轴修复的技术要求,分析了传统金属修复工艺的性能特点和局限性,详细介绍了激光熔覆金属修复工艺的原理和特性,并采用激光熔覆技术实现了对该船桨毂转轴孔和桨叶转轴的成功修复,取得了良好效果。
According to the technical demand, this paper analyzes the performance character and limitations of the traditional metal repair technique, introduces in detail the principle and character of the melting recovering with laser. With such technique, the rotation shaft hole of the propeller hub and the blades rotation shaft are successfully repaired.
