摘要
试验中发现,薄熔覆层要明显好于较厚熔覆层,为了获得较薄的熔覆层,根据螺旋传动的原理,设计和制作了激光熔覆同步送粉器,并用N i基合金粉和A l粉进行了相关测试。试验结果表明:该送粉装置是连续和稳定的,改变螺纹轴直径或转速可以连续调节送粉速度。利用该送粉装置进行激光熔覆试验,获得了较薄且均匀的熔覆层,熔覆层的外型尺寸正确、表面比较平整、内部组织均匀细小。对激光熔覆技术在实际中的应用,尤其是激光在材料修复方面的应用具有实用价值。
It is concluded that the thinner coating is better than the thicker one, in order to acquire thinner coating, based on the screw driving principle, a synchronous powder feeder for laser cladding is designed and manufactured, by which the relevant tests are made with Ni-based alloy powders and Al powders. The experimental results show that the device is continuous and stable. Through changing the diameter of thread spindle or the speed of rotation, the speed of powders feeder can be adjusted continuously. The thinner and homogenous coating is acquired by using the device in the laser cladding experiment. The shape is right, the surface is smooth, and the microstructure is finer. This work has a valuable meaning in practical application for the laser cladding technique, particularly in the aspect of the laser repair of materials.
