摘要
设计了一种用于激光再制造的沸腾式送粉器,并基于PICF877A单片机开发了送粉器控制系统。为探索送粉器输送规律,以Fluent软件为工具,通过变化沸腾气流量值、送粉气流量值等参数,探讨气体输送流量大小、输送策略等对粉末输送特性的影响。在仿真研究的基础上,建立控制系统的控制策略,并以所开发的控制系统为实验平台对控制规律进行实验验证。实验结果证明:该系统控制精度高、稳定性好,能够满足再制造系统的需要。
The fluidized bed based powder feeder for laser remanufacturing was designed and the control system of powder feeder based on the PIC16FB77A was developed in this paper. In order to research the influence of gas conveying flow and transport strategy on powder sending, the parameters of boiling flow, sending powder flow were changed by using fluent software. According to the simulation results, the control strategy of the system was established, and the control rule was validated by experiment in the platform. The experimental result proves that this system has high precision, stability and meets the needs of the laser remanufacturing system.
