摘要
介绍了HL增液剂在中国石化上海高桥炼油厂催化裂化装置上的使用情况。应用结果表明,在试验期间原料油密度增加和处理量增大的情况下,总液收在Z-18抗焦剂的基础上增加0.4%,催化剂活性提高2.05%,重柴油、油浆减少,液化气增加,改善了FCC产品分布,大大提高了FCC产品总经济效益,同时FCC汽油的硫含量下降了20.02%。
HL liquid-increasing agent was applied Gaoqiao Company.The results show the raw materials in the FCC unit of refining plant,SINOPEC Shanghai density and the treatment capacity increased during the test.The total liquid yield has increased by 0.4%,and the catalytic activity has increased by 2.05% with the Z-18 antiscorching agent.At the same time,a lift of liquid gas yield with a fall of heavy diesel and slurry yield were observed.The sulfur content in FCC gasoline declined by 20.02%.The products distribution has been optimized,and the total economic benefit was improved greatly.
