Application of NS-FCC930 Additive for Increasing Liquid Yield

摘要 简要介绍以表面活性剂、有机金属盐、分散稳定剂、阻聚剂和溶剂为基本原料合成的NS-FCC930液收增加剂的作用机理及质量指标。重点介绍了此液收增加剂在处理能力1400kt/a催化裂化装置中的应用情况,包括对产品收率及催化剂性能的影响。结果表明,当原料掺渣比由加剂前的52.95%提高到58.01%时,干气中氢气与甲烷比由加剂前的0.45降到0.37;当掺渣比提高到63.03%时,氢气与甲烷比由0.45上升到0.55,而焦炭收率由8.95%降到8.64%,汽油和液化气收率略上升,柴油收率略下降,催化剂单耗由0.81kg/t(原料)提高到0.83kg/t(原料)。说明此液收增加剂能提高装置掺渣能力,可使反-再系统负荷提高6%~7%,年经济效益达781.14万元。 The mechanism and quality specifications of NS - FCC930 additive for increasing liquid yield, which was synthesized from surfactant, organic metal salt, dispersant, polymerization inhibitor and solvent as basic raw material were briefly introduced. Its application including its effect on the product yield and catalyst activity in catalytic cracking facility of 1 400 kt/a production capacity were described especially. The result showed that the ratio of mixing residue oil in the feed material increased from 52.95% to 58.01 % with adding of this additive,the ratio of hydrogen/methane in the dry gas decreased from 0.45 to 0.37. In case of the ratio of mixing of residue oil increased to 63.01% ,the ratio of hydrogen/methane increased from 0.45 to 0.55,the yield of coke decreased from 8.95% to 8.64 %, the yield of gasoline and liquid gas increased slightly, the yield of diesel oil decreased slightly, the unit consumption of catalyst increased from 0.81 kg/t to 0.83 kg/t,all of the data showed that the additive could increase the facility capability of mixing residue oil, increasing the system load from 6% to 7 % and annual economy benefit achieved was about 7 811.4 thousand yuan.
