文摘成功制备了Ti-46A l-2Cr-2Nb-0.2B-0.1W(原子分数)球型预合金粉末,并对粉末的特性进行了研究。在随后的粉末冶金技术研究中,运用热等静压技术得到了组织细小、均匀的粉末TiA l系金属间化合物,但材料的伸长率很低。经热处理后,材料的伸长率达到了2.5%。
Pre-alloyed gamma titanium aluminide spherical powders with composition Ti -46Al -2Cr- 2Nb - 0.2B-0.1W (at%) have been successfully produced by PIGA. The characteristics of prealloyed gamma titanium aluminide powders have been investigated. In the further P/M processing, gamma titanium aluminide compact with fine and homogeneous microstructure has been obtained by HIP, although elongation of the compact is poor. After heat treatment, the elongation of the compact has reached 2.5%.
