摘要
以Ti和TiAl3为原料,采用放电等离子烧结工艺制备γ-TiAl合金,并研究了烧结温度与显微组织和力学性能之间的关系。结果表明,随着烧结温度的升高,密度值不断的增加,当烧结温度超过1100℃,样品的密度达到3.83 g/cm3以上;显微组织表明,反应产物主要为γ相,尺寸在30μm以下;力学性能测试结果表明,当烧结温度提高,硬度降低;压缩率增加,烧结温度在1100℃可得到综合性能最佳的γ-TiAl合金材料。
TiAl based alloys from the powder of Ti and TiAl3 were prepared by spark plasma sintering(SPS),and the relations among sintering crafts,microstructure and mechanical properties were studied.The results show that with the temperature increasing,the density is improved.When the reaction temperature exceeds 1100 ℃,the specimens' density reaches to 3.83 g/cm3.All the sintered microstructures are γ structure and the crystal size is below 30 μm.The microstructures reveal that the higher the sintering temperature,the lower the hardness,but the higher the compressibility.1100 ℃ sintering can get the best comprehensive property of TiAl alloy.
