摘要
目的:建立尿塞通片的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对丹参,白芷,泽泻,红花进行鉴别,并用HPLC法测定盐酸小檗碱的含量。结果:TLC鉴别斑点清晰,空白对照无干扰,平均回收率为97.0%(n=6),RSD为1.0%。结论:所建立的方法简便可行,重复性好,为更好地控制尿塞通片的质量提供了参考。
Objective： To establish the quality standard for Niaosaitong tablets. Method： Radix et rhizoma salviae miltiorrhizae, radix angelicae dahuricae, rhizoma alismatis ,flos carthami were identified by TLC, and the content of berberine hydrochloride was determined by HPLC. Result： The TLC spots were quite clear ,the blank test showed no interference. The average recovery was 97.0% （n =6）, RSD = 1.0%. Conclusion： The method is simple and feasible, it can be used for the quality control of Niaosaitong tablets.
