摘要
目的探讨核因子(NF)-B 蛋白在偏头痛痛觉信息的传递中的作用。方法雄性 SD大鼠,手术暴露其上矢状窦区(superior sagittal sinus,SSS)后电刺激该区硬脑膜,应用免疫组织化学染色技术观察中脑导水管(PAG)周围灰质 NF-B 蛋白表达的变化。结果空白组、假手术组、刺激组每张切片 PAG 区的 NF-B 蛋白阳性神经元数分别为111.7±15.7、112.9±10.7、508.7±30.8,刺激-组较其他组差异有统计学意义(t=-41.52,t=-36.21,均 P<0.05)。结论在 PAG 区出现 NF-B细胞的激活,表明 NF-B 蛋白在偏头痛的发生及发展过程中起到了一定作用。
Objective To investigate the role of nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) protein in the nociceptive transmission of migraine attacks and NF-κB expression in the periaqueductal gray (PAG) induced by electrical stimulation of dura mater near the superior sagittal sinus (SSS) of the rats. Methods The rats were prepared by exposure of the superior sagittal sinus. The dura mater near the SSS was stimulated and NF-κB protein was detected in coronal brain sections using standard avidinbiotin immunohistochemistry. Results The number of NF-κB positive neurons in PAG expression increased to 111.7 ± 15. 7 in stimulation group, compared with 112. 9 ± 10. 7 and 508. 7 ± 30. 8 in blank group and sham-operated group respectively ( t = - 41.52 and t = - 36. 21, P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions The NF-κB positive neurons are activated in the PAG by electric stimulation of the dura mater near the SSS. NF-κB protein could be involved in the processing of nociceptive signals on migraine attacks.
