大鼠丘脑束旁核和外侧缰核向中脑导水管周围灰质和中缝大核的分枝投射──荧光素双标记法研究

摘要 将FastBlue(FB)和DiamidinoYellow(DY)分别定向注入中脑导水管周围灰质和中缝大核,在丘脑束旁核和外侧缰核内侧部见到FB单标、DY单标及FB/DY双标神经元.在丘脑束旁核,双标神经元占该核三种标记神经元总数的13.1%;在外侧缰核内侧部,双标神经元占三种标记神经元总数的18.6%.双标记神经元呈梭形、三角形和椭圆形,胞体的直径约为15~30μm. In order to study the collateral projections from the parafascicular thalamic nucleus and the lateral habenular nucleus to the midbrain periaqueductal gray and nucleus raphe magnus in the rat, the fluorescent double-labeling method was used in the present study. After Fast Blue(FB) and Dinmidino Yellow(DY) were injected into midbrain periaqueductal gray and nucleus raphe magnus, respectively, FB-labeled, DY-labeled, and PB/DY double-labeled neurons were observed in the parafascicular thalamic nucleus and medial part of the lateral babenular hucleus. The percentages of FB-labeled, DY-labeled, and FB/DY double-labeled neurons to all labeled neurons in the parafascicular thalamic nucleus were 44.3%,42. 6%, and 13.1%, respectively; otherwise, the percentages of FB-labeled, DY-labeled, and FB/DY donble-labeled neurons to all labeled neurons in the medial part of the lateral habenular nucleus were 41. 4%,40%, and 18. 6%, respectively. Most of the labeled neurons were fusiform, triangular and oval in shape. The diameters of the labeled neuronal cell bodies were between 15 to 30 μm.The projections from the parafascicular thalamic nucleus to the midbrain periaqueductal gray and the nucleus raphe magnus might transmit the noxious information, while the projections from the lateral habenular nucleus to the midbrain periaqueductal gray and nucleus raphe magnug possibly constitute to descending part of the meso-limbic antinociceptive loop. Those FB/DY doubly labeled neurons in the parafascicular nucleus and medial part of the lateral habenular nucleus that project directly to both the midbrain periaqueductal gray and nucleus raphe magnus by axon collaterals may simultaneously transmit noxious information to and exert modulatory influences upon neurons in the midbrain periaqueductal gray and nucleus raphe magnus.
