摘要
用免疫组织化学ABC法,显示绍鸭胚后发育期间胰内高血糖素细胞(A细胞),观察A细胞的形态及分布;用显微图像分析仪测定A细胞的积分光密度值;并求各时期A细胞的平均积分光密度值,再作统计学分析。结果表明:A细胞形态多样,但以多面形为主,并具多种形式的胞质突起。常成群散在分布于胰岛内,少数零散位于胰腺中。A细胞总积分光密度值随年龄而变化:7~42日龄为生长发育峰期,以后呈波浪式缓慢下降趋势,其中7~14日龄为增长高峰期。本文显示了胰腺A细胞在胚后发育期间的变化规律。为胃肠胰内分泌系统的功能研究提供动态变化的基础资料。
Glucagon cells (A cell) in the splenic lobi of pancreas of Shao ducks were studied with ABC immunohistochemical method during their postnatal development.First the IOD(integrate optical density) of A cells were measured with image analysis and then statistically analyzed.The results showed that A cells were mainly polygonal with various cytoplasmic processes.Most of A cells were distributed in a loose group in the pancreatic islets;a few of them were in the exocrine part of the pancreas.There was a marked variation of IOD of A cells with days of age.This paper provided basic datum for studying the dynamic change of the gastroenteropancreatic endocrine system.
