摘要 用ABC免疫组织化学方法,标记0~365日龄绍鸭胰腺脾叶内胰岛素免疫反应细胞(B细胞),用显微测微尺测量B细胞胰岛的面积,作统计学分析。结果表明:B细胞胰岛面积具明显年龄变化,0~42日龄为迅速增长期,42~154日龄缓慢增长,365日龄略下降。用葡萄糖氧化酶-过氧化物酶法测定血糖浓度,0~42日龄有波动,以后基本稳定。用放射免疫法测定血清胰岛素浓度,在孵出时低于5μIU/mL,0~7日龄迅速增加,并基本达成年水平。 Insulin cells (insulin immunoeractive cells, B-cells) in the splenic lobi of the pancreas were labelled from 0 (at hatching) to 365 days old shao ducks with ABC immunohistochemical method. These cells were arranged closely in mass, called the pancre atic islets of the B-cells. The islets were measured and statistical analysis showed that there was a marked change of the area of islets with age, showing rapid increase from 0 to 42 days old, slow increase from 42 to 154 days old and a little decrease in ducks of 365 days old. Glucose oxidase-peroxidase method was used to determine the glucose level in the blood. Results showed that the blood glucose level fluctuated from 0 to 42 days old and remained stable thereafter. The serum insulin was measured by radioim-munoassay. The insulin concentration was below 5 μIU/mL at hatching, and increased rapidly from 0 to 7 days old and thus reached thd adult level.
