摘要
针对概率纸图估法和假设检验法的不足,用线性回归分析方法研究了产品寿命的分布类型,并用相关系数优化法和最小二乘法计算了分布函数的未知参数。本文以灯泡试验寿命作为计算实例,对产品寿命的四种累积分布函数分别线性化并求出了相关系数,得出了灯泡寿命分布以服从三参数威布尔分布最为合理的结论,给出了灯泡试验寿命的累积分布函数、可靠度曲线及其相关特征量。
According to the failure of parametric estimation using probability papers and hypothetical examination, lifetime distribution type of production is studied with linear regression analysis method in this paper, and the optimization method of correlation coefficient and the least-squares method are used to calculate the distribution parameters. The experiment lifetime of the bulb is studied as an example, and the result shows that it is the most suitable using three-parameter weibull distribution to describe lifetime feature of the bulb. Additionally, its cumulative distribution function and reliability curves are given.
