摘要
通过对不同蚕种在不同的上簇环境中,吐丝而结成的蚕茧性状的调查,发现在适温适湿中上滚,蚕儿体内绢丝腺残留率最低,茧形大,下英率低,缩皱细,解舒好,茧丝的强力大,伸度适当,洁净成绩好。而在其他环境上簇,都不同程度地对茧丝品质有影响,特别是多湿环境上族的影响最大,不仅茧质差,其丝质也差。因此上滚(小气候)管理是生产优质原料茧的关键。
The investigaions made on the nature of cocoons spun by varied silkwonns under different mounting conditions show tha modrate tempetalre and hmidity mounting conditions bring the fowst residue of silkgland inside silkwonns and bigrr cocoons with thinner shrinked wrinkles and better reelability but less inferior cocoons, thus producing quality rm silk featuring higher strength, moderate elongation, and better neatnss. All other mounting conditions, in particular high humidity cause more or less adverse effects, and reSult in fow-quality cocoons and raw silk. Therefore, the key for production of quality cocoons lies in strict control over mounting conditions or mini-climate.
