摘要
融资是高速公路建设的关键环节之一,也是制约高速公路发展的因素之一。综观我国高速公路建设融资体制的演变,结合基础设施建设领城的融资现状,指出了高速公路建设融资中所面临的问题。在立足现实基础的前提下,尝试给出了两种解决问题的方法。这从理论和实务上对进一步疏通融资渠道、提高资金利用效率、加快高速公路发展有重要的指导意义。
Financing is an important issue in highway building and development. This article first analyzes the history of financial system on infrastructure project, and takes into account of practical status in this field. Then it points out some crucial problems we are affronting. Based on this, two methods are tentatively offered in the end of this paper. It is of great significance in both theory and practice.
