基于PTR2000的无线生物发酵监控系统的设计

摘要 采用智能仪表构建一个基于 PTR2000模块和 VC++的发酵过程监控系统。包括仪表端控制程序的编制,仪表与 PC 机利用PTR2000模块实现的无线通信,利用 VC++编写上位机应用程序。着重阐述了系统的工作原理、结构、关键技术,并对系统的软硬件进行了详细地说明。实践表明,系统能够在无需人工干预的情况下自动地完成发酵罐的环境控制,实现发酵过程曲线的描绘与保存、控制参数的修改、超调量的测量、利用数据库保存过程历史数据等功能,方便地实现了对发酵过程的实时监控。 In the paper, built a fermentation process monitoring and control system on the basis of PTR2000 module and VC + +. Then, made a control program for it, taking it connected with Pc using PTR2000 and made a upper computer application program with ~C. Expounds the working principles, the structure, a key problem and software and hardware design in detail. The practice indicates that the systena can automatically realize the environment control of fermentor without man' s intervention and the application program has such func^tions as drawing the line of fermentation process data and save it as a picture file, modifying the parameters of the control system, and store the history data into a database, etc. The system conveniently has realized to the fermentation process real-time monitoring.
