摘要
介绍了矿用组合磁力控制站中各CPU之间以及CPU与智能显示屏之间的通讯原理,设计了单片机和PLC、PLC和PLC、PLC和触摸屏之间通讯的总体方案,并给出了软、硬件实现方法。试验结果表明:通讯系统方案可行,数据传输实时性好、准确度高。
The theory of communication among several CPUs and between CPU and intelligent display for combined vacuum magnetic switchgear is introduced in this paper. The whole scheme of communication system between PLC and microcontroller, PLC and PLC, touch panel and PLC is designed. Meanwhile, the realizing method by use of hardware and software is proposed. It has been proved by the tests that the communication system is feasible in the scheme, exact in the data processing and quick in the data transmitting.
