摘要
本文介绍了快速检测技术在病原微生物、真菌毒素、兽药残留、农药残留、动物疫病、常规化学项目检测中的应用。提出在食品企业选择快速检测技术的建议。
In this paper,the application of rapid detection were introduced,including the determination of pathogenic microorganisms,micro biotoxins,animal drug residues,pesticide residues,animal epidemic diseases and routine chemical items.Suggestions were presented as to how to choose rapid detection technique for promoting generalization and application of rapid detection in food enterprises.
