摘要 潜孔钻机除尘系统对于延长钻机使用寿命,保证作业人员的身体健康至关重要。针对目前潜孔钻机除尘系统存在的弊端,提出采用旋风和过滤两级除尘系统,减少粉尘污染,环保效果好。捕尘罩采用自阻力封孔器,能快速封孔、导尘。一级除尘采用蜗壳型旋风除尘器,提高了净化效率,减少了压力损失,据压力损失模型和分割粒径,本文论述了一种蜗壳型旋风除尘器的设计方法。二级除尘采用脉冲喷吹袋式除尘器,脉冲控制仪采用单片机控制,控制软件采用模块化结构,可靠性好,除尘效率高。 Removing dust in the down-the-hole drill is very important in lengthening the service life of drill and assuring the health of workers. At present, there are some shortcomings in the dusting system applied to the DTH drill, adopting cyclone and falter dusting system ,the dust pollute is reduced, the effect of environment protect is better. Dust collecting cover adopts seE-resistance airproof cover, which quickly cover hole and induct dust. The first removing dust adopts spiral inlet cyclone separator, which improves puriiication efficiency and decreases the pressure drop .Based on the model of pressure drop and the critical diameter, dissertating a design method of spiral inlet cyclone separator, the second removing dust adopts pulse-jet fabric falter, the controller adopts microcontroller and software are with modular structure, which has high reliability and high removing dust efficiency.
