摘要
通过分析矿山矿尘可能造成的危害,从主动减尘和被动防尘两个方面概述了国内外矿尘的综治措施。结合贵州某磷矿的平硐开拓工程,采用水封爆破方式,对地下矿山的粉尘综合治理进行了现场试验。研究结果表明,采用1支水封袋爆破时的平均TSP含量比无堵塞条件下爆破时分别降低了44.2%、51.5%;采用2支水封袋比采用1支水封袋时平均TSP含量降低了13.2%。
Through analysis the hazards that mine dust may cause,the comprehensive dust control measures at home and abroad are described from the two aspects of the initiative dust reduction and passive dust prevention. In this paper,combined with the open pit engineering of a phosphate rock in Guizhou Province,a field test is carried out on the comprehensive treatment of dust in underground mine by means of water sealed blasting. The research results show that,when using one seal bag blasting,the average content of TSP decreases 44. 2% and 51. 5% respectively than that in non blocking condition. So compared the condition using 2 seal bag blasting with that using 1,the average TSP concentration has decreased by 13. 2%.
