摘要
针对某型防空导弹数字电路板国产化工作,设计了一种用于对仿制板进行功能测试验证的数字板测试仪;测试仪设计引入虚拟仪器的概念,采用层次化、模块化和标准化的思想,硬件方面主要利用CPLD与USB技术实现了系统的通信与控制,软件方面采用Lab Windows/CVI实现了测试仪的应用程序设计;实践证明,该测试仪是一种能够最大限度利用计算机资源、支持热插拔、价格低廉的新型虚拟仪器测试仪,较好地完成了国产化板的功能验证任务。
According to the nationalization of some anti-aircraft missile, this paper designs a kind of digital circuit testing instrument used for functional testing. This testing instrument introduces the conception of Virtual Instrument, and adopts design ideas of layering, modularization and standardization. The design of hardware mainly uses technologies of CPLD and USB, and realizes the communications and controls of the system. The design of software adopts Lab Windows/CVI and realizes the application program of the testing instrument. The testing instrument is a new type of Virtual Instrument for digital circuit testing which takes full advantage of the computer, supports hot plug plus and costs little. It is indicated through practical application that this instrument can preferably complete the task of functional testing for digital circuits.
