摘要
研究了对鼓风机转子进行不平衡响应计算的意义、方法与程序,并以某炼铁厂D900离心式鼓风机为例进行了计算,解决了计算过程中出现的数值不稳定问题,得出典型不平衡工况的振动响应。根据这一结果,研究了振动的振型和自动定心现象之间的关系。并结合现行振动标准研究了设备强度校核方面问题,提出一种基于振型分析的振动最大值估算法,这对提高简易诊断法的准确性具有一定的工程意义。
The meaning, method and procedure to conduct unbalance response computation for a blower rotor is studied,and a D900 centrifugal blower of some iron-smelting mill is taken as an example to be computed.It resolves the unstable value problems occurred in the computational process and obtains a vibration response for a typical unbalance condition.Based upon this result,the relationship between the vibration mode of the vibration and automatic centering phenomena is studied.The equipment strength calibration is researched in combination with the current vibration standard.A maximum vibration value estimation method is provided based upon vibration mode analysis.It has a certain engineering meaning on improving the accuracy of the simple diagnostic method.
