摘要 采用文献资料法、对比法和数据统计法,对最大摄氧量及其间接测定方法进行了研究分析,初步总结出最大摄氧量受遗传、性别、年龄、环境、营养饮食状况、生活习惯和训练等因素的影响.运动时对心肺功能的测定是科学训练的一个重要方面.而评价心肺功能的最佳指标是最大摄氧量,最大摄氧量是反映有氧工作能力的有效指标之一.通过对最大摄氧量间接测定方法PWC170法与两步台阶实验法比较研究,有利于从测试的精确度、测试的简易性、测试的效率、测试费用及训练评价效果方面提供更好的理论依据. VO2max and indirect methods for measuring are researched and analyzed, using literature data, antitheses and data statistics. This article summarized VO2max is affected by inheritance, gender, age, environment, the status of nutrition diets, life habit, training and so on. Movement on cardiopulmonary function mensuration is an important aspect in scientific training. Good cardiopulmonary function is the basic of developing of human skills and quality, which can assure persistent strong human energy, and contribute to the rapid physical recovery after the high - intensity exercise. The evaluation of the cardiovascular function is VO2max. VO2max is one of effective indicator in reflecting aerobic working capacity. Compared VO2max in- direct measurement methods PWG170 with two step further experimental, that is beneficial to the accuracy of testing, the facility of testing, the efficiency of testing, meanwhile provide better theory for the cost of testing and evaluation of training effects.
