摘要
针对ANSYS不适于机械动力学分析,而ADAMS不适于有限元分析的状况,将软件ADAMS及ANSYS结合,建立了汽车座椅的冲击强度特性模型。它通过模态中性文件结合ADAMS及ANSYS,此系统能很好的仿真汽车座椅的冲击强度特性,并能直观地显示座椅的动态性能。此方法可以简化机械产品的设计开发过程,缩短产品开发周期,减少费用和成本,获得最优的创新设计产品。
A system for dynamic simulation of flexible seat has been developed by combining ADAMS & ANSYS together. ADAMS & ANSYS is combined by using neutral file in the system, and this system can simulate the automotive seat's performauce during impact. This method can simplify designing and researching process of mechanical product, shorten researching period of product, reduce expense and cost, and finally obtain the best innovative designing product.
