摘要
地方性高校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,院系教辅人员在高校的教学管理方面担任着非常重要的职责,工作任务繁琐,肩负的压力也很大。一方面,教辅人员应对自身进行准确合理的角色定位;另一方面,高校领导和相关管理部门有必要正视教辅人员的现实处境,不断完善管理制度,激发教辅人员的工作积极性,充分发挥其职能作用,促进地方性高校教务管理水平地稳步提高。
Local universities play an important part higher education, in which the teaching auxiliary staff shoulder the important responsibility of educational management. So many of them work under the pressure. In order to solve the problem, they should make a correct self - positioning. Besides, the leaders of colleges and departments should face the reality of teaching auxiliary staff, improve the management system, arouse their enthusiasm, bring the function into full play and promote educational administration standardization constantly.
