摘要
本文以客户订单选择为研究对象,提出了一个基于顾客满意度的目标规划模型。该模型将顾客对某项因素的满意度折换成可以衡量的量,同时考虑交货期、价格、订单被拒的失望值三个因素。通过对满意度的比较,企业可以得出最优的生产选择。
Based on the options of customer, an objective model based on customer satisfaction is presented. The model takes into consideration three factors of the delivery time, price and value of disappointment with refused orders. By comparing the satisfaction degree, enterprises can choose the optimal production plan.
