摘要 通过室内培养法研究了不同土壤条件下棉花秸秆的分解规律,从土壤CO2排放速率上来看:在培养期内,壤质土处理土壤CO2排放速率最高,为4.69 g CO2/m2.h;土壤湿度维持在50%饱和含水量处理条件下棉花秸秆的分解最快,最高CO2排放速率出现在第30天,最高CO2排放速率3.21 g CO2/m2.h;中盐处理土壤CO2排放速率最高为2.82 g CO2/m2.h,高盐处理次之,低盐处理最低;浅埋处理的土壤CO2排放速率低于深埋处理,深埋处理的土壤CO2排放速率的最高值出现在第30天为1.10 g CO2/m2.h,而浅埋则出现在第60天时为0.46 g CO2/m2.h。从秸秆分解速率上看,在培养期内,壤质土>粘质土>砂质土,分别为22.10%,18.28%,9.43%;中等湿度处理最高,为18.22%;高盐处理秸秆在培养期内最高,达到18.92%,低盐处理分解最慢,仅为7.82%;深埋处理秸秆分解率为7.21%,显著高于浅埋处理的3.18%,说明深埋处理有利于秸秆分解。 Lab cultivation approaches are adopted to study the decomposition rules of cotton stalk under different soil conditions, and in terms of CO2 discharge rate of soil,the results show that the treatment of stalk in loamy soil is of the maximum CO2 discharge rate during the cultivation period, namely 4.69 g CO2/m^2 · h;the decomposition rate of stalk with 500/00 soil moisture is the highest and the maximum CO2 discharge rate appears on the 30th day at 3.21 g CO2/m^2·h; the soil treated with medium salinity is of the maximum CO2 discharge rate at 2.82 g CO2/m^2· h, that with high salinity takes second place and that with low salinity is of the minimum. The CO2 discharge rate of soil in the way of shallow-buried stalk is lower than that with deep-buried stalk; the maximum of soil respiration rate with deep-bury treatment occurs on the 30th day at 1.10 g CO2/m^2 · h while that with shallow-bury treatment appears on the 60th day at 0.46 g CO2/m^2·h In terms of the decomposition rate of stalk, loamy soil〉clayey soil〉sandy soil are at 22.10%,18.28% and 9.43% respectively during the cultivation period; the highest decomposition rate of stalk appears with medium humidity treatment, namely 18.22% ; that of stalk treated with high salinity could be the highest during the cultivation period as high as 18. 92%; and that of stalk treated with low salinity is the slowest as 7.82% only; the decomposition rate of deep-buried stalk is 7.21%, which is much higher than 3.18% for shallow-burying treatment,i, e. deep-burying treatment is propitious to stalk decomposition.
