摘要
当前,教师的专业发展已经成为我国乃至世界教师教育改革的主要趋势。新建本科院校要提高教学质量,形成自己的办学特色,必须深入了解教师专业发展中存在的突出问题,并结合新建本科院校的特点,采取一系列科学而有效的措施,才能走向健康、全面、协调、可持续的发展之路。
Nowadays, the specialization development for teacher has become the main tendency of teacher and education innovation in China and even the world. Improving teaching quality and forming its education feature, the new- built university should correctly master the connotation and feature of the specialization development for teacher and deeply understand its existing and protruding problem. Combing to its feature and carrying out a series of scientific and effective measures, the new- built university can move towards a fine, overall, coordinated and sustainable development.
