摘要
科学发展观是马克思主义中国化又一重大成果,是我国新时期的发展战略,具有统帅全局的意义。法律监督是现代宪政国家的重要机制,在保障人权中具有独特的地位和作用。在我国,要实现法律监督中的公平正义,在法律监督制度建设中必须坚持"以人为本"的价值追求,贯彻"全面、协调、可持续发展"的原则。
Scientific outlook on development, another great accomplishment of Marxism＇s localization in China, is the developing strategy in the new age of our eotmtry, which can manage the overall situation. The legal supervision, which is the important mechanism of the modern constitutional government, has spaeial statue and function in protecting human fights. In China, we must achieve the fair and justice of the legal supervision, insist on value persuing of viewpoint of humanist in the institution eonstruetion of the legal supervision, and adhere to the principle of, overall development, eoordinated development, and sustainable development.
