摘要
为了实现对输液器液体点滴速度的自动调节和控制,通过对液体点滴实际情况进行分析,得到液体点滴速度的数学模型,并提出液滴速度的模糊控制算法。在此基础上,设计了一套基于PC机和89C52单片机的智能液体点滴速度监控系统。该系统以对输液器液体点滴速度、液位高度等参数实时检测数据为依据,通过电机调节点滴管壁的横截面积,实现对多个床位液体点滴速度的快速、准确控制,并提供了对异常状况的报警支持,在临床应用中取得了良好的效果。
In order to regulate and control the velocity of drops in infusion apparatus automatically, a math model of drop velocity is proposed by analyzing its real instance, also a fuzzy control algorithm of drop velocity is put forward. On the basis of it, a set of intelligent monitor system based on PC and 89C52 is designed, and the parameters of the drop velocity and the liquid level, etc are all taken as the basis of monitoring the real time data. By adjusting the cross-sectional area of drop pipe wall, it can realize to control the drop velocity of multi-patient bed, quickly and accurately, and support alarm of some abnormal cases. The result showed that it had a good result in clinical application.
