摘要
目的:通过化学成分系统预试对菠里克果果实的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用试管法、圆形滤纸层析法对菠里克果果实的化学成分进行检测。结果:确定菠里克果果实含酚类、有机酸、生物碱、氨基酸、多肽(或蛋白质)、多糖(或苷类)、黄酮及其苷类、皂苷、挥发油等成分。结论:菠里克果是一种具有较高开发价值的药用植物。
Objective: To study chemical constituents of Capparis spinosa L. fruits by systematic prtest. Methods: Chemical constituents of Capparis spinosa L. fruits were determined by the law of test tube and round filter paper. Result: Chemical components of Capparis spinosa L. fruits such as phenois, organic acid, alkaloids, amino acid, polypeptide (or protein), polysaccharide (or glycosides), flavones and glycosides, saponins, volatile oil were determined. Conclusion: Capparis spinosa L. is a medicinal plant which has great value in exploiture.
