摘要
针对现行土地资源优化配置过程中线性规划方法的不足,尝试用灰色线性规划方法进行土地资源优化配置研究,并在分析新疆兵团农十师土地利用现状的基础上,结合该师社会经济发展需求和有关规划控制指标,借助灰色线性规划模型和层次分析法(AHP法)求解2010年农十师土地利用结构优化数据,最终找出符合社会、经济和生态三效益的土地资源优化配置方案。
The paper is to fill up the shortage of linear programming model in the process of the optimal allocation of land resource. In this paper we try to use gray linear programming model （GLP） to research the optimal allocation of land resource. On the basis of the analysis about the present situation of land use in the Tenth Agricultural Division, demand of social and economic development and related planning control indices, grey linear programming and analytical hierarchy process（AHP） is applied to optimize land use structure of this area in 2010 and find optimizing schemes of land use structure is a satisfied benefit of society economy and ecology.
