摘要
以叔丁基过氧化氢(TBHP)为引发剂,通过丝胶(SS)与丙烯酸甲酯(MA)的接枝共聚反应制得了以PMA接枝链为核,SS为壳的双亲纳米微球(PMA-SS),其结构经IR,透射电镜和激光衍射粒度分析仪表征。结果表明:MA成功地接枝到SS大分子链上;PMA-SS具有明显的核-壳结构,粒径110nm~130nm,粒径分布相对较窄。初步探讨了PMA-SS对三价铬离子(Cr3+)的吸附性能。
Amphiphilic poly( methyl acrylate)-silk sericin nanospheres(PMA-SS) were obtained via situ self-assembly process during the graft copolymerization of methyl acrylate(MA) from hydrophilic silk seicin (SS) chains initiated by a special kind of initiator——tert-butyl hydroperoxide (TBHP). The graft copolymerization was confirmed by IR, and PMA-SS nanospheres were characterized by transmission electron microscopy and particle size analyzer. The results showed that MA was successfully grafted from the SS backbone, and the amphiphilic PMA-SS nanospheres showed a definite core-shell structure, where the PMA cores were coated with SS shells. Additionally, PMA-SS nanospheres ranged from 110 nm - 140 nm in diameter with the average size of 115 nm. Furthermore, elementary investigations had been done on the adsorption property of PMA-SS nanospheres for trivalent chromium ions from aqueous solution, and so that PMA-SS nanospheres can be applied in the treatment of wastewater containing heavy metal ions.
