摘要
将蚕茧中的丝胶蛋白与金属铁离子配位反应,得到丝胶蛋白金属铁络合物,通过紫外、红外光谱进行表征。将此丝胶蛋白金属络合物投入到丝厂废水中,经过搅拌、静置、沉淀,就能够凝聚沉淀丝厂废水中的丝胶蛋白,达到去除并提取废水中丝胶蛋白、降低废水化学需氧量的目的。研究表明,丝胶蛋白铁金属络合物絮凝剂对废水的比例为6∶1(mg:mL)时,可得到最优絮凝效果。
A sericin protein-Fe^3+ complex was prepared by coordination reaction of Bombyx mori silk sericin with Fe ion, and characterized by UV, FTIR measurement.After adding the sericin protein-Fe^3+ complex to the wastewater and stirring for 10 hours, the sericin protein from the wastewate of silk reeling factories could be condenseed, and the Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and the protein concentration of the wastewater decreased by about 50% (wt). When the feed faction radio of the sericin protein-Fe^3+ complex and the wastewater increased to 6mg/1ml, an excellent flocculation effect of sericin protein showed.
