摘要
随着组织行为学等管理理论的发展,领导的内涵和理论也经历了不同的发展阶段。仔细梳理领导理论的发展,可以发现,领导的内涵和理论可以分为四个认识阶段:最初,将领导视为一种特质,发展了领导的特质理论;随后,领导被看作一种行为,发展出了领导的行为理论;而随着将环境因素纳入到领导范畴,考虑到运用不同风格的环境和效果,则发展出了领导的权变理论;随着组织等各方面因素的成熟,又发展出了当代的自我领导、群领导等理论。纵观领导理论的发展历史和当今发展的实际情况,可以看出,领导的内涵必将发生更深刻的改变,领导的绝对性将被改变,而传统的领导观也会逐渐被动态的领导观所替代。
As the development of Organization Behavior and some management theories, the leadership nature and theory also had significant changes and that can treat for four stages: first, leadership was seen as a trait; second, it treated as a kind of behavior; third, taking condition into account, leadership was seen as an art which should change according to the environment; the forth, the theories such as self-leader, clust-leader are coming into being. From the development, it can be known that the nature of the leadership will have a more significant change, and the traditional leadership theories will be substituted by the dynamic leadership.
