摘要
道德权利就是在道德生活中主体所享有的由一定道德体系所赋予并以相应义务为保障的基于主体自由意志的正当权利。历史上许多西方伦理学家都极为重视权利在道德场中的价值和意义,"权利"概念也深刻体现在马克思主义创始人的有关道德的思想中。道德权利的可能性表现在:利益是道德与权利联姻的价值基础;道德的实施表现为对一定主体权利的维护与调节;基于现代市场经济条件下的"人的独立性"呼唤与之相适应的道德权利。研究道德权利,有助于丰富和发展马克思主义伦理学,有助于建立良性的道德奉献与道德回报机制,更有助于现代社会公民间独立、平等基本关系的形成。
The morals right is agent-based freewill legitimate rights which certain morals system endow and take corresponding an obligation as a guarantee in the morals life. Many western ethicist pay more attention to value and significance of right in the morals field.'Right' concept also deep body concerning morals thought of Marxist. The benefits is the worth foundation of morals and right. Implement of Morals is support and regulate of certain corpus right. Studying morals right is Helpful to enrich and develop Marxist ethics, establishment positive morals dedication and mechanism and the formation of basic relation of independence and equal.
