摘要
对公文流转系统进行研究,提出:开发一个通用的公文流转系统,关键是要让用户能根据需要自主设定流程、分配角色和授权控制。并使用UML(统一建模语言)和RationalRose建立了一个灵活、通用的公文流转系统模型。
This paper made a study of document flow system, proposed that the key factor in developing a general document flow system is making users to set processes, distribute roles and control authority for themselves according to the necessary. At last a flexible and general document flow system model was established using UML（Unified Modeling Language） and Rational Rose.
