摘要
为了使十六国时期少数民族政权法制中的司法制度得到进一步的解读和认知,运用例证、比较分析和理论归纳的方法,对十六国时期少数民族政权的司法制度进行了探究,认为十六国时期少数民族政权基本是仿效汉魏晋以来的中原汉制建立自己的司法制度,但在一些方面也不乏创新和建树,从而对中国历史上司法制度的发展建设起到了一定的作用。
The research on minority regimes＇ legality in Sixteen- State period is still superficial. By investigation into minority regimes＇ judicial system in this period via exemplification, comparative analysis and theory induction, a more clear cognition of it was got. The new cognition shows that those regimes inherited the central land judicial system basically from the Han dynasty and Wei -Jin times when they founded their own system and they also made some creations which exerted a certain extent influence on the aftertime for Chinese judicial system development.
