摘要 透明颤菌血红蛋白(VHb)可在低氧条件下提高细胞对氧气的利用效率,促进细胞的生长和代谢产物的合成,因而被广泛应用于多种异源微生物的研究中。简述了VHb的结构特征、在细胞内的定位、编码基因vgb的表达调控及其生物化学功能;介绍了VHb在芽孢杆菌属中的应用情况及其在芽孢杆菌属菌株外源表达中的重要意义。 Vitreoscilla hemoglobin (VHb) can enhance the oxygen use efficiency of cells, promote the cell growth and synthesis of metabolites under hypoxia conditions, so it has been widely used in many heterologous microbiology. This paper mainly states the structural characteristics, intracellular localization, biochemical function of VHb and the expression regulation of its encoding gene vgb. Then introduces the application situation and meaning of VHb's heterologous expression in Bacillus.
