摘要
阐述了高等数学分层教学理论依据以及核心与原则;认为高等数学的分层教学的实施要点是“学生分层、目标分层”“教学分层、各显其能”“评价分层、激励进步”;分层教学亟待解决的问题是现有教学管理模式有待改善,教师的教学和知识水平需进一步提高;并进行了分层教学的可行性分析。
This paper illustrates the theoretical basis of level -based teaching method and its hardcore and principles. It demonstrates that the key points of level - based teaching in higher mathematics are: dividing the students into different groups according to their ability in mathematics and their expectations ; teaching different contents in different groups and try to show their best ability in learning; evaluating the students within different groups and inspire them with any improvement. The problem which needs to be solved urgently in level - based teaching is to improve the present teaching management mode and the teachers' teaching and knowledge level. Besides, the paper also analyzes the feasibility of level - based teaching.
