摘要
随着光控模块式真空断路器的提出,对其中的电容充电电源提出了要求。电容充电电源的稳定性直接影响到真空断路器动作的可靠性。本文介绍一种基于UC3846的电流型控制电路,叙述了电路工作原理,通过试验验证了该设计的可行性。实验表明,采用4700μF的电解电容作为负载,从0V充电到390V时,时间约为2.5s,电源工作稳定可靠。
With the apearance of optical control of module vacuum circuit breakers,some requirements on the capacitor charge power supply were raised.The stability of charge power supply for the capacitance directly affects the reliability of operation of the vacuum circuit breakers.In this paper,a current mode control circuit based on UC3846 is introduced,the circuit operation principles are described and the feasibility of the design is certificated.We can draw a conclusion by experimentation,when we use the 4700μF electrolytic capacitor as a load, it takes 2.5 second to charge from 0V to 390V. The power supply works steadily and reliability.
