一种智能塑壳断路器自生电源设计

摘要 自生电源是智能低压断路器控制器设计中的关键技术之一。该文设计了一种用于智能低压塑壳断路器的自生电源,应用电流互感器从被保护线路感应出电流,经整流后给储能电容充电,建立电源电压,采用脉宽调制技术控制输出电压。为保证自生电源质量,采取一种变参数PID控制策略实现稳压,同时通过前馈调节补偿输入电流的扰动。实验表明,该自生电源稳定度高,抗干扰能力强。 Self-produced power supply is one of the key technologies in the development of intelligent controller for low-voltage circuit breaker .This paper designs a self-produced power supply for intelligent low-voltage molded case circuit breaker .Secondary current generated by the current transformer is rectified and input into storage capacitor to implement the power supply , pulse width modulation technology is used to control the output voltage .To ensure its quality , the power supply stabilizes the output in a PID control strategy with variable parameters , compensates the disturbance of input through feedforward control channel . Experiment results confirm that the power supply has high stability and strong anti-disturbance capability .
