波辐射硫酸铁催化合成α-萘乙酸甲酯的研究

摘要 以α-萘乙酸和甲醇为原料,以硫酸氢钠为催化剂,在微波辐射下通过酯化反应合成植物生长调节剂α-萘乙酸甲酯.考察了醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、微波辐射功率、微波辐射时间等因素对酯化产率的影响.找出了最佳反应条件,取得了满意的结果. Us ing sodium hydrogerl sulfate as a cheap esterification catalyst,methyl α-naphthylacetate,an important regular of plant growth is synthesized from α-naphthylacetic acid and methanol by microwave radiation. We tested the factors influencing on the reaction yield, such as molar ratio of alcohol to acid,mass ratio of catalyst,power of microwave microwave time etc. The optimal reaction conditions was found.and we've got a satisfactory result.
