摘要
人才派遣员工心理契约的主要特点是以工作绩效换取可持续的就业能力,具有心理契约的"双雇主"指向性与内容的差异性、心理契约标准的多重性和心理契约的不稳定性等特征。针对派遣员工的心理契约特点,应采用相适应的管理思路。
The paper analyzed the characteristics of the boundless career of the dispatched personnel, put forward the concept of the psychological contract of the dispatched personnel and their char acteristics. It was deemed that their psychological contract was characterized by bartering continuable employment by work achievement, double employer responsibility tendency, unstable and differences in varies career stages, etc. Managerial proposals were also suggested according to the characteristics of the dispatched personnel's psychological contract.
