摘要
目的:研究早期心肌缺血的病理变化,探讨发病机理。方法:对实验性心肌缺血的心肌切片进行琥珀酸脱氢酶染色,并用图像分析仪检测酶活性的变化。结果:正常心肌和阴性对照组中琥珀酸脱氢酶的活性是均衡的。缺血组中缺血60min后,琥珀酸脱氢酶活性开始出现明显的变化,缺血区域随时间的延长而加重,图像分析中蓝色色值与正常对照相比,差异有显著性。结论:图像分析系统对缺血心肌组化染色结果的定量检测,具有高度的精确性。蓝色色值在鉴定心肌是否缺血方面有明显的作用。
Purpose To study the pathologic changes of acute myocardial ischemia and pathogenetic mechanism. Methods The myocardial sections of the experimental myocardial ischemia tissues were stained with succinate dehydrogenase method, and examined the degree of succinate dehydrogenase activity decrease. Results The activity of succinate dehydrogenase in normal myocardial and negative control group was constant. The ischemia group showed prominent change after 60 minutes of ischemia, The ischemic region became extended with the increase of time. Blue color value demonstrateed significant difference by image analysis if compared. Conclusions The image analysis system has high precision to quantify the results of histochemical stainning. The blue color value plays an obvious role in identifying myocardial ischemia.
