摘要
就预应力混凝土预制箱梁表面外观质量的控制措施做一探讨,总结了影响混凝土外观质量的因素,分析了水纹、鱼鳞纹、冷缝、气孔、蜂窝麻面等外观缺陷产生的原因,针对其原因,采取相应的解决措施,以提高混凝土外观质量,延长预制梁的使用寿命。
In view of the appearance quality of post-stressed concrete precast box beam practical quality control measures are discussed.Based upon analysis of the reasons caused the appearance quality defects such as water wave,cold joint,void,honey comb,pockmark and so on factors influences the appearance quality of concrete are summarized;at the same time corresponding resolving measures are proposed in order to improve the appearance quality of concrete and prolong the service life of precast beam.
