摘要
政党和谐包括党内和谐与党际和谐两个层次。共同的理想信念是党内和谐的基础,高度的团结统一是党内和谐的表征,充分的党内民主是党内和谐的保障,党性与个性的辩证统一是党内和谐的原动力。差异性是党际和谐的前提,共同理想是党际和谐的基础,相对稳定、不断优化的党际关系模式是党际和谐的保障,促进民主是党际和谐的价值目标。加强政党制度建设,在政治实践中促进各政党的成熟与发展,是当前促进政党实质和谐的主要途径。
The party harmony includes inter-party harmony and intra-party harmony. The common ideal is the foundation of intra-party harmony; the unity and unification is the feature of intra-party harmony; intra-party democracy is the guarantee of intra-party harmony, and the dialectical unity between party spirit and individuality is the intra-party harmony＇s Impetus. The difference and diversity is the prerequisite of inter-party harmony; the common ideal and target is the foundation of inter-party harmony; relative stability and continuous optimization of the inter-party relations＇ patterns is the guarantee of inter-party harmony, and promoting democracy is the value orientation of the inter-party harmony. To promote the party harmony we must strengthen the building of the party system and promote the maturity and the development of every parties through the multi-party cooperation＇ political practice.
