摘要
在中国现代化建设进入重要历史阶段时刻,党中央及时提出了构建社会主义和谐社会的目标。和谐社会既是目标,又是一个动态发展的过程。构建社会主义和谐社会需要执政党与参政党的共同努力,和谐的政党关系是实现目标的保证。
At the critical stage of China＇ s construction of socialist modernization, the Party＇ s Central Committee promptly proposes the goal of constructing a harmonious socialist society. The harmonious society is a goal and also is a dynamic development process. Constructing the harmonious socialist society needs joint efforts of the ruling party and all the participating parties. The harmonious political party relation is the guarantee of realizing the goal.
